POOL AND BUILDING RENTAL
The Brighton Green Community Association is pleased to announce the return of building rentals. And new in 2024 - pool rentals! In order to rent either space, you must be a member of the Brighton Green Community Association.

Building Rental
  • Minimum required membership level: Maintenance
  • Rates:
    *Summer Special* 
    • $25/hour - pool members
    • $50/hour - maintenance members
    • Minimum rental - 3 hours
    • Note: Rent must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to event
  • Deposit: $100
    • Reservation will not be confirmed until deposit is received and signed rental agreement returned
    • Deposit will be returned upon settlement, minus any charges for actual damages
  • The fine print:
    • Rental fee must be paid in full at least 3 days prior to the event.
    • ​Renter will comply with all rules posted inside the building.
    • Maximum occupancy for an event in the community center is 100 people.
    • Renter is responsible for obtaining any necessary ABC licenses.
    • There is no smoking in the building.
    • There are no glass bottles, confetti, or
      fireworks permitted on the property.
    • Vehicles are not permitted on the grass.
    • This agreement is for exclusive use of the large meeting room and kitchen only. Other areas of the building and grounds may be shared by community members. 
    • Pool must be rented separately
    • Events cannot go later than 11PM
    • Cancellations must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. There is a $50 charge when an approved rental is cancelled with insufficient notice.
    • Renter shall remove all personal property and trash at the end of the rental period. Further access to the building may result in additional rental fees or forfeiture of security deposit.
Pool Rental
  • Minimum required membership level: Single Pool Membership
  • Rental hours
    Sunday: 7PM - 10PM
    Monday - Saturday: 8PM - 11PM
    Note: When renting the pool, you are renting for the entire time period above
  • Rates:
    • $300 for up to 25 attendees
    • $400 for 26 - 50 attendees
    • $150 per additional 25 attendees above 50 (note: maximum of 100 attendees)
  • Deposit: $150
    • Reservation will not be confirmed until deposit is received and signed rental agreement returned
    • Deposit will be returned upon settlement, minus any charges for actual damages
  • The fine print:
    • ​Renter will comply with all posted pool rules
    • Renter is responsible for obtaining any necessary ABC licenses.
    • Maximum of 100 attendees during the rental.
    • There is no smoking on the pool deck.
    • There are no glass bottles, confetti, or
      fireworks permitted on the property.
    • During a party, food is allowed on the pool deck. Renter is responsible for removing all food from the deck, including cleaning up any spills on the ground. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of security deposit.
    • Vehicles are not permitted on the grass.
    • This agreement is for exclusive use of the pool and pool deck. Other areas of the building and grounds may be shared by community members. 
    • Building must be rented separately
    • Cancellations must be received no later than seven (7) days prior to the event date. There is a $100 charge when an approved rental is cancelled with insufficient notice.
    • If the pool is unavailable due to an issue caused by Brighton Green, such as a chemical imbalance, renter may reschedule event or request a deposit refund.
    • If pool is unavailable due to inclement weather, or event must end at least 1.5 hours early due to inclement weather, renter may reschedule event within the same pool season.
    • Renter shall remove all personal property and trash at the end of the rental period. Further access to the pool may result in additional rental fees or forfeiture of security deposit.
Use the Submit Rental Application button above to submit your rental application form. Once your form is submitted, we will review and reach out with any questions and approve/deny the rental. 

If approved, we will provide a rental agreement that must be signed and returned, along with payment of your security deposit within 3 days. Your reservation is not confirmed until both signed form and security deposit are received.
