We are pleased to announce that last night the BGCA Executive Board met and voted unanimously to begin the process of opening the pool for summer 2020. Specific details are as follows:

Dear Brighton Green Neighbors:
We are pleased to announce that last night the BGCA Executive Board met and voted unanimously to begin the process of opening the pool for summer 2020. Specific details are as follows:
- The current and any future governor's executive orders will be strictly followed.
- A minimum of $29,000 in membership dues are required by Friday, June 26 for the pool opening to occur. In the event we do not reach this number and are unable to open the pool, refunds will be issued.
- Progress updates towards membership dues threshold will be sent twice weekly via email newsletter and updated periodically on Facebook and the web.
- Pool cover to be removed as soon as chemicals arrive. Date TBD.
- Goal is to start swim team the week of June 29. Exact date dependent on when pool cover is able to be removed.

- Memberships are NOW available to purchase online at:http://www.brightongreen.org/membership.html
- All members will agree to the COVID waiver
- Agreement to the COVID waiver is part of the online application.
- If paying by check, print and mail signed COVID waiver or ask a board member for a printed copy.
- If previously paid in full for a recreational membership, you will need to sign a COVID waiver.
- Membership cost:
- Early bird rates are in effect for all as listed on membership form/website.
- You may purchase either a full recreational membership or upgrade a maintenance membership by paying the difference.
- Recreational members will be required to sign up in advance for their lap swimming time slots and/or use of the pool deck. Details on this process will be forthcoming.
