Swim Lessons at Brighton Green

Both our instructors are CPR Certified Lifeguards and assistant coaches for the BG Gators swim team.

2022 Beginner Group Sessions

Session 1
  • June 13, 14, 15 and 20, 22, 23
  • Make up day 17, 24
  • 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Session 2
  • June 27, 29, 30 and July 5, 6, 7
  • Make up day June 1, July 8
  • 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Session 3
  • July 11, 13, 14 and 19, 20, 21
  • Make up day 15, 22
  • 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m

Session 4
  • July 26, 27, 28 and August 1, 2, 3
  • Make up day July 29, August 4
  • 11:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m

2022 Private Swim Lessons

  •  $35 for 30 minutes per member
  •  $40 for 30 minutes per non-member
  • For private lessons, email both of our coaches (addresses at top of page) and include the level of swimmer their child is and whether they can put their head under the water or not.
Eligibility
  • For ages 3 and up, Swimmers must be potty trained.

Cost/Session
  • $75 for members
  • $85 for non-members​
  • Payment: Venmo (@Anna-Wood-308), cash, or check (made payable to Anna Wood)

Class Size
  • Minimum Class size of 3
  • Maximum Class size of 8
  • Ratio of instructors to children: 1:4

Sign-up
  • Email both of our Coaches (address at top of page).
    In the email, please include:
    • age of the child
    • date of birth of the swimmer
    • date of session that they are interested
    • whether or not the child can submerge head underwater and/or the swimming level of chil
  • Multiple Sessions
    • Parents can sign their child up for more than one session if slots are available.

Parent involvement
Parents can be on grounds during swim lessons but should not interfere with class. For example, if lessons are being conducted in the shallow end, we would encourage parents to stay near baby pool or on lounge chairs.
